Domaine des Murmures
Domaines des Murmures is based in the Jura region in France and is owned by Emmanuel Lancon. The first release of wines was in 2012.
In the vineyards the grapes Poulsard, Savagnin, Chardonnay and Trousseau are grown.
Harvesting is manual and winemaking is done as naturally as possible (no sulfur), without fining or filtering. The goal is to reflect the terroir in the wines a much a possible.
The wines are very rare and sought after which is reflected in their prices.
As the wines are very rare, there are only a few professional wine reviews of the wines of Domaine de Murmures.
