This wine, based on the Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc) grape variety, was created by a cooperative that has been storing reserves from its “library” since 1893 and patiently waiting for these bottles to reach optimal drinking maturity. The optimal drinking window for this wine extends until 2045, meaning it still has the potential to age for several decades.
