The 2023 Bourgogne Côte d'Or is pure and expressive, offering up aromas of pear, sweet citrus oil and white flowers, followed by a medium-bodied, satiny, elegantly textural palate that's bright and precise.
Adrien Lattard a winemaker who started his own micro-negociant after having gained experience in the field from 2010 across the world. Having proven himself he was appointed as cellar master at Pierre-Yves Colin and from 2022 at Genot-Boulanger.
With his new micro-negociant started with the first vintage release being 2022 he takes a hands on approach from the vineyard to the winemaking.
For the 2023 vintage Côte d'Or Chardonnay 1740 bottles were produced.
