The citrus-golden NV Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Extra Brut Réserve Perpétuelle offers a fantastic nose with great purity, finesse, elegance and a beautiful mix of Chardonnay chalk, yeast and oxidation. Very intense but always pure and precise. Intense and lush on the palate but also pure, tight and mineral, with chalky finesse and great tension, this cuvée reveals some fascinating matured fruit and wine flavors. The finish is lush and generous but precise, finessed and elegant, leaving the tongue with great tension, grip and structure. A great wine indeed.
Light golden yellow. Intense notes of almond cookie underpinned by herbal savouriness with citrus hints and fine apple fruit. Juicy and gripping on the palate with a fine mousse and a pleasantly dry, complex body. Stays very long on the palate. Great elegance with vinous depth.
