Aromas of pear, white flowers, freshly baked bread and pralines introduce the 2019 Coteaux Champenois Le Mesnil-sur-Oger Hommage à Camille, a medium-bodied, taut and chalky white that's saline and concentrated, concluding with a long, mineral finish. It was matured 25% in barrel, the rest in amphorae.
