Expressive white cherry, dried apricot, ground clove, spun honey and a yeasty hint of bread dough are backed by racy acidity in this svelte, harmonious Champagne, with a mouthwatering finish.

Bakery and biscuit on the nose with tart citric fruit on the palate and a very zesty mouthfeel, led by acidity and strong lemon flavours. Full of charisma on the palate, although it seems to stop quite suddenly.
