Disgorged May 2019. Parcel behind the house in Avize. Balance of chalk with a little clay. Venus is the name of his horse that he bought ages ago. All barrel fermented. No dosage. 40- to 50-year-old vines.
Quite explosive nose. Very tight for the moment. A little green streak for now. This also needs time. Quite demanding. Purity but not much charm for the moment.
