There is a touch of herbal tea present on the earthy and brooding nose that displays notes of ripe purple fruit and a hint of the sauvage. The medium weight plus flavors possess excellent mid-palate concentration as well as fine power before terminating in an intense, youthfully austere and muscular finish.
