Domaine Nicolas Rossignol based in Volnay (Burgundy) was founded in 1997 by fifth-generation vigneron Nicolas Rossignol. He farms approx. 30 ha across several Côte de Beaune appellations including Volnay, Pommard, Beaune, Aloxe-Corton and Pernand-Vergelesses. Viticulture is managed with organic/biodynamic-inspired practices (hand-harvested grapes, no herbicides, lunar calendar influence) and the wines aim to show clarity, balance and strong terroir expression.
