A deft touch of wood can be found on the mildly reduced nose where all that can be discerned today are spice hints. Otherwise there is good punch to the velvet-textured medium-bodied flavors that possess fine complexity for a villages level wine plus solid persistence on the balanced finish. This should drink well young and with age.
