A brighter style of wine emerges with the 2010 Chablis Montmains, which is quite a bit more refined than the Foret. The aromas and flavors are beautifully defined in this chiseled, polished Montmains. Lemon, jasmine and crushed rocks are layered into the soft yet vibrant and persistent finish. In 2010, the Montmains is exceptional.
