Monforte d'Alba. Just mid ruby. Fragrant, lifted dark earth and cherry with bags of spice and a hint of tar. Supple yet still a little embryonic on the palate and with a thick layer of polished tannins. Very long and elegant as well as complex and Bussia like I have never seen it before.
