The 2022 Chardonnay Ladybug is my favorite of the three single-vineyard offerings this year. It starts off subtle and restrained, with scents of melon, pear and pineapple, but it's full-bodied and expansive on the palate. Generous, rounded and ripe, it finishes long and lush. Chardonnay hedonism in a glass.

The nose gives powerful aromas of grilled pineapple, lemon pith and apricots. The palate is full-bodied with integrated acidity, offering notes of key lime pie, poached quince and struck match. A generous wine with some mineral freshness.
