Les Carelles is a lieu-dit bottling from Jacques Selosse; it is a dry white Grand Cru Champagne made from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. This wine is made from grapes grown in two vineyards: a small south-facing vineyard and a larger east-facing vineyard. Approximately 60% comes from the base vintage, and the remainder from the perpetual reserve. Aging takes place in 12-hectoliter foudres (large wooden vats) and 228-liter barrels, with approximately 20% of the barrels being new.
It is ready to drink now.
