Here the expressive nose is compositionally similar to the Bourgogne Côte d'Or but with more prominent floral influence. The medium-bodied flavors possess a more sophisticated texture along with very good mid-palate density, all wrapped in a youthfully austere and bitter lemon-inflected finale. This could use better depth but a few years of keeping should prove beneficial.
Mid lemon yellow, plums and even a suggestion of peaches. A touch of sandalwood. Quite exotic. Ripe plums with some acidity, quite a mix which needs time to settle down. Finishes on the peaches.
