Soave Classico Calvarino Collezione Vini dell'Anima 2015 Pieropan

The Pieropan “Calvarino 2015 Collezione Vini dell'Anima" is part of a special longterm project released in 2026, it reflects the forward thinking vision of Leonildo Pieropan: his belief in white wines capable of evolving, of communing with time and drawing strength from it. This single vineyard was aged for over ten years in vitrified cement tanks, left to evolve slowly and to reveal hidden depths. Made with Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes, from the heart of the Soave Classico. The Calvarino 2015 is defined by subtle interplay of mineral and floral notes, from the volcanic soils. This can be enjoyed on release, or kept for years for further evolution.
