Domaine Louis Carillon in Puligny-Montrachet was a historic producer known for white Burgundy from Chardonnay, especially from prestigious village and premier cru sites. In 2010, the estate was split between two brothers, forming Domaine François Carillon and Domaine Jacques Carillon. Both domaines continue to farm long-held Carillon family parcels and are known for elegant, mineral-driven Puligny styles.
