Attractive nose of ripe yellow apples and citrus. Brisk acidity gives drive to this medium-bodied, straightforward white burgundy. Clean, fresh, filling out on the finish.
From Grandes Corvées. No new wood. Clear brisk pale colour. Fresh apples on the nose, rather appealing. Lean, in a Beauty of Bath style (an old variety of apple from my youth), but with a clean frame and plenty of persistence. Much more linear than usual, but still rather fine. I would suggest holding back though, to tame the acidity.
