The 2023 Monthélie 1er Cru Les Champs Fulliot Blanc reveals aromas of white flowers, bread dough and nutmeg, framed by light reduction, followed by a medium to full-bodied, fleshy and saline palate that's fine-boned and delicate.

Pale to mid lemon yellow. There is a little fruit showing at the edges but quite a restrained nose. Starts quietly in the mouth too, but swells at the back with good tension, ripe lime on top of orchard fruit and a fine long finish, blossoming at the back.
