The 2023 Bourgogne Blanc offers up aromas of pear, white flowers, bread dough and subtle reduction, followed by a medium-bodied, fine-boned palate with a sweet core of fruit and lively acids.

Pale colour, again the typical reduction but a funkier nose behind, more than just gunflint, and notably more weight. Adds weight to the back of the palate, quite ripe with a touch of orange zest, yet with tension behind.
