Already bottled, the 2023 Bourgogne Aligoté offers up notes of green apple, white flowers and sourdough bread, followed by a medium-bodied, lively and saline palate.

Two thirds has been made in stainless steel and one third in a Stockinger foudre. Just the right reduction, energy behind. There is such a lively fruit here, unforced, not trying to be what it isn’t, and very long.
