Ferrari Trento's Maximum Blanc de Blanc Brut NV is a sparkling white wine made exclusively from the Chardonnay grape variety grown in mountain vineyards, and it is sold as a Trento DOC. Non-vintage means that grapes from multiple years are blended together; while the flavor may vary depending on weather conditions, the winery's distinctive style is consistently maintained. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle, and Maximum wines are aged on the lees for at least 24 months. It is precisely this period of aging on the lees that adds depth to the bread-like flavors.
