Chateau Romassan 2024 Domaines Ott

“Château Romassan 2024” is a wine from Bandol produced by the Ott estate, which has been growing grapes on soils dominated by the Mourvèdre variety since 1956. Detailed meteorological data on the 2024 growing season are not yet available, but the estate’s viticultural principles remain unchanged. These include high planting density, strict yield control, organic farming, and the cultivation of grapes that ripen slowly under the Mediterranean sun and are cooled by the sea breeze. The Mourvèdre variety plays the leading role in the blend, while Grenache Noir and, occasionally, Cinsault provide support. It is precisely this that gives Romassan its distinctive character with each vintage.
