The 2022 Bourgogne Aligoté provides plenty of white peach and beeswax aromas on the nose, with a dab of lemon thyme emerging with time in the glass. The palate is well balanced, with a zesty entry, orange rind and lemon flavors and good weight, though it needs just a touch more persistence on the finish.
