Gold color. Loads of dried pineapple and apple, with honey and melons as well on the nose. Full-bodied, medium sweet, with lots of dried fruits on the palate. Long and lively. Almost exotic.
Developed, bright yellow with golden reflections. Sweet, multi-faceted bouquet, scent of Cointreau liqueur, light sultanas, candied kumquat peel, subtle salty nuances. Delicate, juicy and almost dance-like on the palate. It appealed with its harmony and had no trouble next to the Yquem.
