Racked 10 days ago and blended. Early malolactic here, with 25% whole bunch vinification. 10% new wood. A clear mid crimson purple, with an elegant pinot nose. No great stuffing and no need for it. Just a graceful red Chassagne without rustic tannins, fair length.
