Location and terroir
Richebourg is situated in the northern part of Vosne-Romanee, on the mid-slope of the Cote d'Or. The vineyard's soils consist of pebbly clay and sand over limestone, this offers great drainage. The location is divided into two sections: Les Richebourgs (warmer) and Les Veroilles (slightly cooler). These characteristics add to the vineyard's distinct terroir.
