Decanter: Remarkable freshness and focus but also complexity on the nose, composed of scents of spring flowers and pears along with flinty notes. There is chiselled precision on the palate as well, with sharp contours etched by racy acidity. This is an elegant and delicate Champagne with an airy finish that makes the wine seem weightless. Should be perfect for delicate dishes. Disgorged: November 2020. Dosage: 2.5g/L.
