Robert Parker (90)

Deeper and more serious, Collardot's 2018 Puligny-Montrachet Les Enseignères mingles scents of pear and orange oil with hints of mint and white flowers. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and tensile, it's racy and chiseled, with fine depth at the core.

Jasper Morris (90)

One new 350 litre cask and one older 228 litre barrel. Pale primrose, again with quite an oaky nose, but more vanilla, and less biscuit. The finish shows some wood tannins which slightly dries the finish.

Burghound (90)

Generous wood fights somewhat with the menthol-inflected nose of essence of pear, citrus confit and exotic tea top notes. The racy and beautifully detailed medium weight flavors that possess good cut and punch on the moderately austere and robust finale that exhibits fine length. This is on the woody side at present but the oak should eventually be successfully integrated. Worth considering.
