The 2021 Bourgogne Blanc offers up aromas of pear, confit citrus and mint, followed by a medium to full-bodied, satiny and seamless palate built around racy acids. It's a decided over-performer for the appellation in this vintage. This cuvée will see an 18-month élevage, just like Moreau's grander appellations.
From below Chassagne-Montrachet, all made in wood for the first year. Pale colour. A pretty and classic bouquet, some fresh nutty notes on the nose, juicy again behind, quite long and very well balanced. Really persistent in fact Drink from 2024-2026.
