Robert Parker (90)

Aromas of pear, white flowers, fresh mint and almonds introduce the 2022 Saint-Aubin Compendium, a medium to full-bodied, ample and fleshy wine that's suave, vibrant and charming. It's produced from parcels dotted all over the appellation.

Jancis Robinson (16.50)

Cask sample. Smoky edge on the palate. Savoury and fresh. Lots to like here. The ripe fruit takes a bit of a back seat to the acidity and mineral edge. Really very appealing if you are looking for something with more direct acidity. (AWH)

Burghound (88)

Fresh and airy aromas include those of lemon rind, acacia and a whiff of mineral reduction character. There is an appealing sense of underlying tension to the lightly stony medium weight flavors that terminate in a citrusy and dry finale where the elevated level of gas Colin bottles with is evident so a quick spin in a decanter should be helpful.

Jasper Morris (90)

This cuvée is labelled as Mes 7 Terroirs in North America. Bottled. Fresh pale lemon colour with a little spritz. Strikingly elegant, kicks on very well on the palate, the style manages to deliverer intensity without evident flesh. I think the level of gas explains this. These village vineyards were picked late enough, so adequate ripeness is there. Drink from 2025-2028.
