Still very youthful, with pronounced flintiness, this is a very focused dry Alsace white with a sleek body and exciting mineral energy that propels it across the palate at a very brisk clip. With some aeration, notes of bergamot and wild herbs emerge. So vibrant at the long, salty and refreshing finish. Taste like dry riesling, but is actually a field blend of local varieties.
