Slightly more perfumed, with fantastic purity, the 2008 El Alma de Jonata (75% Cabernet Franc, 10% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot) offers up complex tobacco, lead pencil, spice box and gorgeous dark fruit to go with a seamless, full-bodied profile on the palate. A gorgeous showing, it has a long life ahead of it.
