This cuvée is made from Savagnin grapes also known in the Jura as Traminer, from a variety of terroirs from their domain. It is made according to the 'ouillé-technique' whichs means the wine is topped up during its time in barrel, this limits the contact with oxygen and results in a non-oxidative white wine.
