Terroir & Origine: Mesnil sur Oger Grand cru, Lieudit : “Malo” and “Coullemets” planted in 1990 and 2011.
Puisieulx Grand Cru “Les petites Vignes” planted in 1987

Grape: Chardonnay 100%, Massale and clones

Vingeyard: The parcel is farmed with an environmentally conscious approach, inspired by biodynamic principles. Natural cover cropping, no herbicides, and gentle soil management. Certified organic in 2023. Hand-harvested at full maturity.

The 2022 vintage offered a perfect balance of sunshine and rainfall, yielding grapes of excellent quality.
Winemaking: Harvest 2022 worked at the right moon phases
Chardonnay 100%, aged on lees in 228 and 400L barrels for 11 months spontaneous natural fermentation. No fining or filtration.

Bottled on August 1st , 2023 (fruit day – biodynamic calendar).
Disgorgement October, 2025 (fruit day).
Dosage: 2 g/L – Extra Brut.

Sensory tasting: gold color, complex and fruity nose. Freshness well balanced with beautifull complexity of fruits and élevage. A nice wine of transition or to start a nice evening
