Domaine Caillot

Domaine Michel Caillot, located in Meursault (Côte de Beaune), is a 13-hectare estate established by Roger Caillot and taken over by his son Michel. They follow organic or near-organic practices, use wild yeasts and minimal intervention, and their wines are known for careful ageing and strong expression of terroir.
