Completely destemmed prior to a gentle fermentation, this blend delivers a lovely, pure red fruit, with aromas of bright black cherry and violets, accented by a pleasantly herbal note. On the palate, the wine is firmly tannic and firm without being astringent, and shows a silky texture that lingers elegantly on the finish.
