Discreet but easily perceptible wood influence sets off the aromas of ripe plum and plenty of earth character. There is fine volume to the energetic, intense and attractively textured medium-bodied flavors that are a combination of good cut and richness, all wrapped in a saline, youthfully austere and sneaky long finale.
