For *The Art of Drinks 2024*, Billy has once again ventured into the depths of the warehouse to select something truly special: an 11-year-old single malt matured in a ruby port hogshead. Bottled at a robust cask strength of 57.6%, its stunningly dark color is entirely natural, the result of its time spent resting in this remarkable cask.
