Official tasting notes:
Floral aromas of daffodils, cornflowers and lilies at first followed by parchment baking paper sprinkled with candied almonds which are cooling down having been roasted with cinnamon and then finally grilled peaches with peat smoked brown sugar. The taste neat was hot, earthy and smoky, like biting on a peat smoked chilli pepper corn (if only they would exist) or bacon-wrapped cheesy stuffed jalapenos (and they do!). With water, sweet earthy aromas and we felt like doing some potting and replanting using a mixture of soil and compost before taking a break to eat hickory smoked sausages with baked sweet potatoes.
