Distilled at the Royal Brackla Distillery in 2007, bottled in 2020. Royal Brackla is one of Scotland's oldest distilleries. Nose: Deep and distinctive. A complex combination of dried apricot, beeswax, blood orange, roasted walnuts and dark chocolate. evolving into notes of tobacco, leather and cocoa bean.
Taste: Lively and very rich. It is reminiscent of a freshly baked cake with candied fruit. Quince, apricot and mango. At very the end notes of cocoa, menthol and the sweetness of honey.
Finish: Long and delicate. Subtle notes of tannin and various aromatic plants. At the end, praline, chestnut and candied ginger.
