Color Pale gold
Nose
Almost entirely on green bananas. Light floral touches. Apples and gooseberries. Greengages. Not the tropical fruits of the 1991s though, more Western, so perhaps we’re wrong. Or maybe this is Cooley. Some fresh mint after a while. Lemon grass. Very summery indeed, just a little narrow maybe.
Taste
Very fruity again, this time also slightly more tropical. It’s full of grapefruits, melons, bananas and honey. Subtle passion fruit sherbet. Then moving towards green tea and soft oak spices. Cardamom. A little vanilla. Grassy notes towards the end as well.
Finish
Long, greener, with bittersweet touches and grassy notes.

Easy drinking stuff that’s quite perfect for a summer evening. Not cheap though (considering we don’t get much information).
