The 2022 Pouilly-Fuissé Les Plessys has a more elegant and airy bouquet compared to the Clos du Roy: lemon verbena, Vervane and a touch of orange blossom (again). Three small plots in the upper part. Finer clays and limestone with small stones, made in a mix of barrel and demi-muid. Very backward at this stage. Pale in colour, with quite a strict nose, then builds concentrated white fruit on the palate, a wine which will age well. Some delicacy as well as intensity.
