Deep ruby, purple glints, faintly lighter at the rim. Dark berry fruit is underlaid with a touch of wood, sweetheart cherry nuances, and subtle tobacco notes. A multifaceted bouquet. Complex, pleasantly savoury, ripe cherry fruit flanked by integrated tannins, and minerality, with a delicate nougat touch. A lovely food companion with good ageing potential.
