The nose is firm and contains notes of vanilla, rum raisin (peasant boys!) and is slightly spiced. When you take a sip, these flavors come back strongly, the rich decadent sweet tones of the Sauternes casks enhance this taste. A butterscotch flavor also emerges. The mouthfeel is nice and greasy, the finish is full, rich and lingers medium long.
