Deep rooty nose with notes of licorice and wet earth. In spite of the lightness of touch and brightness of the acidity this has a compact core of very fine tannins. Super-long and very cool finish that’s laser beam straight, the silkiness breathtaking. And through all this is a line of delicately chalky minerality.
