This shows mature character already with dried apple, hints of toffee, cedar and almonds. It’s full-bodied and layered with lovely fruit flavors and tangy acidity with a slight sealing-wax undertone and a dustiness. One for a meal. Interesting. Disgorged February 2022. 3g/L dosage.
