A deliciously salty, nutty and vibrant blanc de blancs that has notes of biscuits, almonds, apricots and lemons. Some spicy cardamom, too. Fine and elegant with a flavorful, lively finish. Dry. 3g/L dosage.

Located halfway up the hillsides, its southern exposure means that golden grapes can be harvested at the end of the harvest. Offering aromatic power and a powerful balance, the typicity of this Chardonnay makes it possible to create a powerful and distinguished cuvée. From this plot, I love watching the single square tower of Troyes Cathedral in the distance in the morning mist.
