Rieussol 2015 Domaine Lafage

The 2015 Rieussol is a red wine produced by Domaine Lafage from a blend of Grenache and Syrah grapes from Roussillon. In 2015, Across Languedoc-Roussillon experienced consistently warm and dry weather, resulting in a harvest of fully ripe grapes. This is reflected in the wine itself, which features dark fruit flavors, a rich mouthfeel, and the power that Syrah brings to a wine together with Grenache Gris. 

The blend consists of the following varieties:
- Grenache Gris: Provides body and spicy aromas of raspberry and blackberry
- Syrah: A variety that contributes color, firm tannins, and peppery and leathery aromas

This wine is at its peak right now. Decanting is not necessary, but allow it to breathe, and serve at 16-18 °C.
