The 1997 Clos Joliette possesses a closed, shy bouquet with aromas of gingerbread, apricot and saffron, followed by a medium-bodied, round and elegant palate with a juicy core of fruit and a gastronomic bitterness. In the context of the vintage, this is a great effort. It contains 34.3 grams of residual sugar and has a pH of 3.6. Orange waxed capsules.
